What can Cat X-rays help diagnose?
X-rays can help vets diagnose a number of issues including, but not limited to:

How can I prepare for my cat's x-ray appointment?
There is no preparation for x-rays. However, we will examine you pet and then determine if diagnostic imaging is needed.
Will my cat be sedated?
Sedation is sometimes required in order to get a clear X-ray.
If your cat is calm, not in too much pain, and able to lay in a comfortable position while the X-ray is being taken, sedation will not be necessary.
However, if they are moving too much or are in pain, sedation will be administered to ensure a clean and clear image.
